We dispatch all orders on a Tuesday and a Friday.
Orders over £80.00 are free of postage. Delivery costs for all orders under £80.00 are £4.50. Except orders for ONLY greetings cards which are £2.50 and sent Royal Mail 2nd Class, use the coupon code JUSTACARD at checkout to receive a discount off the delivery cost.
We send all orders via Royal Mail 2nd class post in the UK as standard. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from dispatch to arrive. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late delivery times as these are out or our control once we have dispatched your order.
A basic Royal Mail tracking reference is uploaded to your order on dispatch. When tracking your order please note that this will only update to let you know once delivery has been attempted or been successful.
Please let us know if you need your parcel urgently and we will endeavour to do our best. Just get in touch if you'd like something in a hurry letting us know a list of the items you'd like to purchase; we'll try our best to sort out Express delivery for you as long as the product is in stock.
As we are a small independent business there may be some instances in which we're unable to fulfil your order immediately. If ever this is the case, we’ll be in touch straight away to discuss your options.
We also offer a click and collect option from our community space + shop at 111 High Street, Dumfries, DG1 2QT. So you can pop into Dumfries and pick up your order.
Click and collect orders are normally ready for collection within the same day if order is placed before 12 noon during opening hours. Just select this delivery option during checkout.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your confirmation email with you when collecting your order.
Click and collect orders will be packaged as if bought in store, so don't forget to bring a shopping bag!
At the moment we only ship to mainland U.K, Ireland and Isle of Man. If your location is not listed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of items you would like to purchase. We will advise you if we are able to ship to you and what the cost would be.
Please be advised that the UK is no longer part of the European Union, EU orders may be charged customs duties when the goods arrive in your country and you are responsible for the cost of these charges. The amount may vary and can be expensive.
We have a strong commitment to the environment so we try our best to be as environmentally friendly as possible when packing our orders. We try and ensure our packaging is plastic free. We would encourage our customers to reuse and recycle the boxes and inner packing materials where possible. We may from time to time use recycled and/or re-purposed packing materials to lessen the impact on the environment. Your package may not look the prettiest when it arrives on your doorstep, but hopefully the quality of the item you purchased will more than make up for it.
Our checkout is SSL certified, meaning all information, such as credit card details and other sensitive data is protected. Payment may be made by using any major credit or debit card.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us within 14 days from receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging. Please note certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, we cannot offer refunds on earrings, beauty + bath products or perishable items unless faulty.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
So please request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, using the contact us form on our website or by email email@example.com to let us know to expect your package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please ensure your dispatch note is enclosed.

Return postage is to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage method, as we cannot take responsibility for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that your return order is securely packaged in it’s original, unused condition. We recommend using the original packaging.
Please note, if requesting a replacement and the item is no longer in stock, we will be unable to replace it and will offer you a full refund (excluding postage costs) once returned.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and begin the return process. If you are due a refund, this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days. Please note, funds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account once the return has been processed.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but appreciate that from time to time damage can occur in transit. If anything within your Flourish order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order if your item(s) have arrived damaged or faulty. We will require proof of item(s) condition in the form of photos in order to process a return. Please retain the packaging. We can then process the order and issue a straightforward exchange (where stock is available) or issue a full refund.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your online order before it has been dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible by urgently calling our shop on 07389 789651 If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the process for returns above.
We only issue a refund for any purchases made in our shop if items are defective or damaged.
